Coop mission (solo is possible too) on the Marianas Map for Huey, Gazelle and the FREE A-4E-C Skyhawk mod with Vietnam stylish theme (including radio broadcast of Robin Williams as Adrian Cronauer with Fortunate Son on the playlist)
Welcome Pilots, we have something here for you! In this Coop Mission you have a flight of 4 Hueys and 1 Gazelle, assisted by a flight of 4 A-4E-C Skyhawks on the Carrier George Washington further to the North. Your task is to liberate the Islands of Saipan ánd Tinian!
YOU NEED TO INSTALL THE FREE A-4E-F SKYHAWK MOD!
Mission objectives for the Hueys:
1. Pick up troops at the Outpost north of the Island of Saipan
2. Destroy ground units on the Eastern side of the Island of Saipan and the International Airport
3. Drop troops at Saipan International Airport
4. Destroy ground units on the Island of Tinian and drop troops there too to conquer the Airport
Note: rearm/refuel at the Farp (see F10 map), pick up new troops at the Outpost
Mission objectives for the Skyhawk flights:
1. Destroy anti air assets on the Western side of the Island of Saipan to protect our helo flights (don’t forget your Shrikes for a SEAD mission)
2. Destroy 5 fuel tanks on the International Airport of Saipin (STRIKE mission North of the taxiway)
3. Assist with Close Air Support (CAS) and prevent any reinforcement flown in by cargo helo’s from the Island of Tinian (CAP)
Note: rearm/refuel at the Carrier until we have dropped troops on enemy air bases to convert it to blue
Winning conditions: Both airports of Saipan and Tinian are blue!

2. Download the A-4E-C Skyhawk here:
https://github.com/heclak/community-a4e-c. Copy and paste the files on your harddrive at C:\Users\username\Saved Games\DCS\Mods\aircraft\A-4E-C (if needed, create the folders Mods and Aircraft if you don't have them yet)
3. Fog of War is enabled (you only see Allies and Red units after discovering them with visual recon). See F10 map.
4. No experience with air-to-air refueling? Well, this skill might be handy…or use the back-up Skyhawks far far faaaaaaaar away.
5. Loading up new troops is automated. Just like the disembarking at the LZ's of Saipan and Tinian when we pop smoke for you after clearing all enemy
