Metric to Imperial, Speed, Altitude, & Range Conversion Kneeboard - v1.3

Conversion table for Speed (km/h to knots), Altitude (meters to ft), & Range (kilometers to nautical miles)


Mainly for western pilots to get an initial reference when flying eastern jets with metric readouts.

Update Version
- (8/12/21) 1.1 Added red outline for common approach thru landing speeds & adjusted metric number scales.
- (8/14/21) 1.2 Adjusted number scales for all tables. Add Range table for radar; red outline for "Western Standard." 500ft Radar Altimeter Warning.
-(8/14/21) 1.3 Updated error in rounding decimal for 1km = 0.5nmi on Range Table

No plans to update further past this.

Notes if installing manually via Windows File Explorer.
To install go into \\*User*\Saved Games\DCS\Kneeboard\**plane**

- *User* will be your computer user name, usually located in User Files, in the operating system's drive (ie. C:\\ drive).
- DCS may be labeled "DCS.Open Beta" depending on which version you installed.
- If this is your first kneeboard download you'll have to Create New Folder called "Kneeboard"
- Created another new folder inside "Kneeboard" for the plane you want to section this to
- **plane** will be the plane name (ie Su-25T); please check forums for correct and latest naming convention
