TM HOTAS Warthog Detailed Profile for F/A-18C HORNET with MS Word Diagram (v8, 23Mar2023)

Thrustmaster HOTAS Warthog Profile v8 for F/A-18C Hornet
-  Functional layout
-  Includes one MODIFIER layer
-  TrackIR required
-  Rudder pedals required
-  Profiles (diff.lua) for stick and throttle included
-  MS Word layout included

This profile is not meant to be all realistic only but functional as well, for the F/A-18C.

-  I felt the best use of the 'finicky' throttle Slew Control (T1) was to make it a MODIFIER (with its axes unmapped). This allows for a 2nd layer of useful functions. (Remap if you have a thumbstick slew modification like the one by Delta Sim.)

-  The TMS switch was used as TDC as it affords the best cursor control site.

-  TDC Depress is on the NWS button (S3) which will facilitate A/G RDR EXP work where TDC Depress has to be held.

-  TDC (+MODIFIER) gives quick access to useful ATTK RDR buttons (Right MDI only), namely RWS/TWS, SET/AUTO/MAN, RSET, Scan Azimuth.  

-  MIC Switch offers some quick useful radio commands.

-  In the included MS Word diagram, commands in RED are UNMODIFIED while commands in BLUE are MODIFIED.

-  Rudder pedals required. If not, you can replace the throttle POV2 L/R with Rudder L/R.

Update:
1. Moved - SCS Depress to stick switch 11 (+MODIFIER), Kneeboard On/Off to stick POV1 Down (+MODIFIER), Cockpit View to throttle button 15.
2. Added Left DDI PB19/20 to throttle POV2 R/L (+MODIFIER) for MODE/STEP (ALE-47) and IFF AZIMUTH/EXP (AZ/EL).
3. Added UFC OPTION 3/5 to throttle (Speedbrake) switch 7/8 (+MODIFIER) for BALT/CPL.
4. Added UFC FUNCTION A/P & ATC to throttle (China Hat) switch 11 & 12.  
5. Added ECM modes XMIT/REC to stick switch 15/17 (+MODIFIER).  
6. Updated info in SCS and TDC Depress/Undesignate tables.

To install:
1. Unzip file and store the two "diff.lua" files (one for stick and one for throttle) to any folder you like
2. Go to the game's Options/Controls/F/A-18C Sim
3. Under the drop down menu tab "Throttle - HOTAS Warthog", select "Load profile" and browse to and select the saved throttle diff.lua file
4. Under the drop down menu tab "Joystick - HOTAS Warthog", select "Load profile" and browse to and select the saved stick diff.lua file
5. At the bottom "Modifiers" tab, add the throttle Slew Control (middle finger T1 button) as a Modifier
6. Any mapping changes are remembered in the game but should be saved using steps 3 and 4 with "Save profile as"
