A former member of the Belkan Air Force, Holderman displayed an impressive combat record throughout his service, participating in the Rectan Conflict during the 1980s and The Belkan War in 1995. Following the end of The Belkan War, he would spend the rest of the 1990s going into hiding fr om the Allied Powers after being labeled as war criminal for some of his actions during the war and for his affiliations with a post-war terrorist organization A World With No Boundaries. In the Early 2000s, Holderman would leave the Osean continent and traveled to Estovakia as one of the many "war exiles" expelled from his country, later using his connections in Belka to secure him a position as an advisor for multiple growing factions within the Estovakia military during the lead-up to the Civil War.

In 2007 at the start of the Estovakian Civil War, Holderman would take up arms as a mercenary pilot. Originally he would hire on with the  Independent Tariff Federation in the southern region of the nation, spending the early stages of the war primarily fighting against the Lyes United Front. Although he would fight tenaciously for the ITF, they were eventually overtaken and defeated by the LUF. Rather than become a prisoner of the LUF, Holderman would reach out to the Eastern Faction, later defecting to them and join up with other Belkan pilots like him. Over the next few years, he would continue to fight against the LUF and also assist the Eastern Faction in obtaining advanced military technology through his connections back in Belka. After the End of the war with the Eastern Factions victory, Holderman would go on to serve the newly united Estovakian Air Force as a combat instructor.

At the Start of the Emmeria-Estovakia War in August of 2015, Holderman was assigned to lead the 19th Fighter Squadron (Corb), spending the opening weeks of the war assisting the Estovakian army as it advanced deeper into Emmeria. During September and October, he would primarily serve in the northern areas of the continent, employ the same night fighter tactics he used during The Belkan War the devastating effects against the Emmeria Air Force as they tried to cover their army's withdrawal West. Following the failed capture of Khesed Island Holderman would be assigned to the Jamel Desert in western Emmeria to assist in its defense against any counter-attack from the Emmerian Military. On January 26, 2016; Holderman was deployed to help counter the Rargom Beach offensive, while supporting the Estovakian army over the Kijera Oil Fields his aircraft was hit by an air-to-air missile, forcing him to eject. He was later captured, spending the rest of the war as a POW. After the war rather than being
repatriated to Estovakia he was instead extradited by the Emmerian Government to the Osean Federation wh ere he is currently standing trial for allegations of war crimes committed during The Belkan War.
