This is Cookiemonste's magnificent VFA-146 Splinter Camouflage kindly modified by him to incorporate my personal fictitious squadron, VFA-15 Spartans logos and colouring.
I've added my squadron's helmet art as well.

There are two versions of these VFA-15 Spartans liveries:
One is just the Spartan helm art on the tail as well as the squadron number inside the tail and on the fuselage. This is VFA-15 Spartans Splinter Gray.
The other has the completely crimson vertical stabilisers as well as helm and squadron number. That one's VFA-15 Spartans Splinter Gray Crimson Tail.

To add to DCS, extract this downloadable archive somewhere using WinRar, 7Zip or some other unarchiver.
Then drop each livery's folder to DCSWorld > CoreMods > aircraft > FA-18C > Liveries > FA-18C_hornet
