This app was made to be used at a moment's notice while playing DCS. The application is not signed, so you may have to enable the installation of apps from unknown sources on your android phone or tablet. Typically you can do this by going to: Settings -> Application -> Unknown sources (Allow installation of non-Market applications). If you don't see that option, please make use of The Google.
