The enemy is moving very flammable and illicit materials with a convoy of transport trucks. They made a preemptive strike on an occupied airbase as a security measure, but that has now opened the way for a full out attack on that transport convoy. Your coalition is circling above waiting for you and your team leader to get airborne. As soon as you're wheels up, the fight begins. As a couple dozen aircraft get into a toss-up over the land, you're to make an end run along the water out to sea to the target site. Your sole mission is to destroy those trucks, but easier said then done. Voiced instructions with several challenges.
I'm lost with scripts that have too little instructions, I also get frustrated by flying 15 minutes looking at clouds, only to be shot down by a silent killer. The technical stuff has it's place, but I prefer some instant action and see DCS more as a game. So I'm trying to make some scripts that are self explanatory and not to technically complicated, for me.
Also, an orderly mission roll-out and confirmation of completion is rewarding because it provides "closure". As a newer flier, my scripts are not militarily correct and not technically complicated. But, not always easy and I think their entertaining, and you might think so too. Scripts that have some kind of custom sounds seem to be more entertaining, especially with situational voiced feedback, so I'm trying to be creative and add just that.
