Profile to use Stream Deck Panel (15 buttons) with DCS World and F/A-18C . Based on DCS-INTERFACE/Exportscripts plugin

This profile is based on DCS-INTERFACE/Exportscripts plugin
To use this profile you need to:
- Install DCS-Interface plugin for StreamDeck. more info here

GENERAL NOTES:
- remember to run StreamDeck Software with 'Administration rights' in order to let it work properly
some commands are based on Keyboard shortcut:
- open/close canopy
- Flash light
- NVG
- Rearm & Refuel
- other functions not related to aircraft such as : briefing, menu radio, Track-ir, kneeboard etc..

THERE IS ALSO A SEMI-AUTOMATIC STARTUP PROCEDURE base don DCS-BIOS
FOLLOWING NOTES ARE VALID ONLY to use the functions for semi-automatic startup 'START 1' and 'START 2' (carrier/field)' THAT ARE BASED ON DCS-BIOS PLUGIN;
FOR THOSE COMMANDS (that include multiactions, available only with DCS-BIOS plugin) you needo to:
- Install & setup DCS BIOS
