It's just a quick retexturing of the ground vehicles to match the desert environment. Just cut most things out and 'recolored' the base texture. At least no more green camos in the desert.

This is the western part of the ground vehicles recoloring. Almost all ground vehicles are recolored now.
I removed the camo on some of the US vehicles to make them look 'closer' to reality.
56 different western vehicles and soldiers have now a desert skin you can choose. There are some 'green' liveries too. For both M-113 (Medevac and Army) and the LAV-25.
You can choose the 'desert' texture for every 'vehicle' in the missioneditor. Even for all those you couldn't before, because the naming of the vehicles in ED's lua's and the livery folder are messed up for some and a few where just not added in the liveries folder. ED is in the process of updating the groundvehicles, so maybe it's that.

Installation: Just copy the folder "Liveries" into your "...\USERS\YOURNAME\Saved Games\DCS\..." or your "...\USERS\YOURNAME\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\..." folder.

Uninstallation:
Delete the folder of the livery you dont want anymore out of "...\USERS\YOURNAME\Saved Games\DCS\Liveries\..." or "...\USERS\YOURNAME\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Liveries\...".
