A Transport Vessel had an incident, there is fire aboard the ship, no boats can get near in time and weather is not cooperating. King12 a Marines CH53 is already in the area but is getting filled fast. All remaining civilians had moved to the forward of the ship and are awaiting pickup on top of cargo containers.
