Well, seen as it's the anniversary of this engagement and all, I thought I'd do another one of my "cinematic specials" after "Clean 'em & fry 'em" proved so popular...
Like the latter, it's also well-suited to VR, as the AI unit count is very low, but don't be fooled, however. It's far more challenging than you might expect and I'm sure you'll be cursing me in no time... The MiG's will be the least of your problems. It is quite satisfying when you get it all right and make it back on deck though...
This is a completely fresh build and not based on my old "Gulf of Sidra" mission for the Persian Gulf. For one, this time, it's actually in the Mediterranean! Be it a couple of hundred miles to the east of where the incident originally occurred anyway. But it's over water, so no big deal...
Mission duration is approximately 40 minutes from take-off to touch down.
Besides one skin (Link below ↓), everything you'll need is provided, including historic VF-32 liveries for AC202 & AC207, as well as a period-relevant mixtape for your Walkman to keep you groovin' along the way. (Although, that I did reuse from the old version - Not a whole lot to choose from during the prior year I'm afraid)
