Caucasus High Altitude Helibases (Static Template) - still WIP
This is a static template with a set of experimental/fictional high altitude helibases located along the Russian borderline in the Caucasus Mountains.
The helipad altitude elevations range from 2000ft (Pskhu) for the lowest to 13000ft (Bash-Kara) for the highest one. The helibases features some hand placed hangars,
buildings and some basic equipment objects and even some EWR/AAA, all are using vanilla static objects from DCS, no additional mod is required to make this template work in your mission.
Some helibases are challenging to approach and land, good luck, helisimers !

Installation:
if you don't have already a "/StaticTemplate/" folder then go and create one in /<user>/Saved Games/DCS/..
and place the "Caucasus - High Altitude - Helibases1.0.stm" file into that folder.
Usage:
In DCS World, open the Mission Editor and create a new mission using the Caucasus map, then go to the EDIT menu and click "Load Static Template",
in the list choose "Caucasus High Altitude HELIBASES" then click "LOAD". You can also load the template into any existing mission using the Caucasus map.
Known issues:
AI helicopter pilots will take off but will not be able to land on to some helipads at very high elevation. (they will still fly in and approach and attempting by circling the helipad endlessly) using these helipads is not recommended for AI helicopters.
