This Hind was allegedly stationed at Grozny North Airport in 2000 as part of the Joint Aviation Group operations against Chechnya. It had its bort number hastily marked out with black paint. It also had a unique lightning bolt motif created on the tail, created by only cleaning soot off of certain areas. Small places around the cabin were also repainted.
