KC-135 Tanker Improved PDL Lights

JSGME ready improved PDL lights (Pilot Director Lights) for the KC-135 tanker (and MPRS). Especially useful for VR users. It's a compromise of making the textures more intense while increasing the contrast of the others as well as darkening them a bit. Unfortunately, the a2refueling approach lights aren't really lights in DCS, just a customized texture. Now, with this modification, it's much easier to see the lighting on the tanker. 3D pilot FW-190 D-9 kneeboard (VR)

Small mod of kneeboard on the leg of 3D Luftwaffe pilot (RShift+P), tested in VR mode. In default kneeboard is empty (a blank piece of leather). Yak-52 of Ralf Buresch, Flugplatz Köthen, 2019
