A simple nose art that serves as a tribute to Half Life.

JSGME ready improved PDL lights (Pilot Director Lights) for the KC-135 tanker (and MPRS). Especially useful for VR users. It's a compromise of making the textures more intense while increasing the contrast of the others as well as darkening them a bit. Unfortunately, the a2refueling approach lights aren't really lights in DCS, just a customized texture. Now, with this modification, it's much easier to see the lighting on the tanker. Good luck in A2R!

The 48th Fighter Wing's 'Boss Bird' aircraft! Originally assigned to the 494th, this aircraft became the 48FW flagship aircraft some time in early 2020.

The markings represent the three squadrons that made up the 48FW at that time - the 492nd Bolars/Madhatters (F-15E), the 493rd Grim Reapers (F-15C/D), and the 494th Panthers (F-15E).

(S/NFD) The HAVE ARMCHAIR series of evaluations is designed to investigate the tactical capabilities of the Russian MiG-29A aircraft, the new R-60 Infra-Red Air to Air Missile and the upgraded Russian helmet mounted display when used against front line USAF and USN fighter aircraft.

Results of the performance and flight test evaluations, system and subsystem characteristics, design features and technical information acquired from the exploitation will be presented in a future FTD technical manual and disseminated to the USAF Weapons School and USN Fighter Weapons School.

This is a relatively small mission where you will escort a pair of F-15E's from Lochini to Mozdok. You and your wingman will have a good loadout to have a good chance against the enemy fighters that you will encounter. The mission will be a failure if both F-15E's are taken down. If only one of them is killed, the mission will continue, although it won't be as succesful as if both strike aircraft had made it out.
