Installation with OvGME or similar:
Drop both "VX-9 Vampires XE111" folders from Part 1 and 2 once extracted into your Root Mods Folder of OVGME and then enable the skin.

Manual installation:
First delete the old skin files. Then Drop both "Coremods" folders from Part 1 and 2 inside your main "DCS World OpenBeta" folder, overwriting the old files if necessary.
