Stream Deck profiles for the F18
Stream Deck....if you have one you know how powerful and adaptable it is to DCS. If you don't have one, as the Marines would say, "You Are Wrong - Correct Yourself", drop what you're doing and buy one on Amazon.
Basically in a nutshell if you would like to have a button with an icon that say, "Landing Lights" that changes color indicating they are on rather than search your damn keyboard for whatever abstract LALT+CTRL+whatever you have currently mapped to you Landing Lights then this thing is for you. What the Hornet's UFC KeyPad to quickly slaps some numbers in and get to kill'n? It'll do that to.
Only have a couple minutes to fly and don't want to spend a load of time setting things up? I have over 100 seperate commands linked to single button press to do the following:
Configure the radar properly for the AIM120 and AIM9, Adjust HMD Range, Adjust HUD brightness, Turn on ALR, Turn on Datalink, Turn on IFF, Turn off moving map from AMPCD, configure SA page. Takes about 25 seconds and a massive load in setup is done.
Due to the Stream Deck XL's physical size and the load of buttons on the UFC, the UFC is broken into 2 pages. Page 1 is the keypad for most of the UFC. Page 2 is the Keypad with all of the Radio functions.
