Replacement cockpit textures for the DCS F-86F module.
Early F-86 Sabres had matte black cockpits. This texture pack can be used to simulate the cockpits of early North American F-86 Sabres, as well as the Canadair-built Sabre Mk.2 and Mk.4, as flown by Canada, as well as other NATO nations including Greece, Italy, Turkey, Yugoslavia, and the United Kingdom.
Unzip the zipped file and place the "Early Black" folder into your DCS directory - Mods/aircraft/F-86/Liveries/Cockpit_F-86F Sabre
You can choose to use the Early Black cockpit textures with any Sabre livery by selecting it in the DCS World options screen, and selecting the Special tab, and then selecting F-86F on the sidebar. Select "Early Black" in the Customized Cockpit drop-down menu. If you want to return to using the default cockpit textures, select DEFAULT in the same drop-down menu.
