SITUATION:
Turkey's elite military"PASHAS" has been using a" TURKISH MILITARY FARP" near the Georgian border to stage air lifts consisting of tons of "HASHISH", across the GEORGIAN border. This effort was to increase revenue to support their failing economy.
The Georgian Government has requested our involvement in this matter, since we have no long term commitments in this area.
