In this graded training mission you will be taught and assessed on your ability to fly the Mi-8 with only 1 of its 2 engines. You will be scrutinised on your performance throughout the lesson, and you will be graded upon completion.
This mission is designed to get you comfortable with the practice of flying the Mi-8 on a single engine, in case one is ever damaged in combat. You will be graded based on your ability when flying the helicopter, as well as your general proficiency in handling the aircraft. At the end of the lesson you will be awarded either an A-C grade (depending on your performance) or a fail if you haven't met the requirements. Good luck!
