TEMPLATE: Road Bases

This is basically a stripped down version of Operation Roadrunner, without any aircraft spawned in and no enemy units. The idea here is that you can load this and make the missions you want to make, while also having functioning road-bases. Operation Sirloin

... (here played by a part of the Southern Russian coast.) My wingman and I came up with this mission in a very short span to train radar masking and low-altitude flight, and then invented a plot to go with it.
