NEW CHANGE : More missions added including Cyprus. Minor additions including ACLS for the Hornet. Trains added. Mission is now started by accessing the F-10 menu and selecting Mission Start. When the President drew the Red Line in the Sand and that line was crossed in multiple ways, the missions began: fast and furious. F-14 A/B, F-18C, F-15, F-16, and AV-8B aircraft are designated to be enforcers of air, ground and naval operations in achieving superior results in support of Allied forces in the Eastern Mediterranean Syria regions.
This installment brings a randomly chosen different type of mission at the start that can be shared amongst strike, intercept, and support groups. Best results can be achieved in multi player but single player flyers will enjoy the challenges as well.

Single and multi-player missions based on air to ground and air to air combat missions conducted over the Channel by Allied forces. This is a multi mission scenario with many types of missions including ground interdiction, aerial combat, and bomber escort sorties. Missions are generated randomly after start and displayed shortly after the "start" with target information listed and location identified in relation to the port of Dover, England.. Primary mission tasks are delegated to P-51, RAF Spitfire LF Mk.IX , and P-47 pilots.
Several Luftwaffe slots are also available for participation in the event of pilots (especially in multi player) that want to engage in an adversary role in the FW-190 or in the BF-109.

NEW CHANGE : Updated from 2.3 Added more random missions, aircraft. and fixes. Mission is now started by accessing the F-10 menu and selecting Mission Start. Mission instructions can be now be viewed at will. Single and multi-player missions based on air to ground and air to air combat missions following the D-DAY invasion of Normandy, France by Allied forces. This is a multi mission scenario with many types of missions including ground interdiction, aerial combat, and bomber escort sorties. Missions are generated randomly and displayed shortly after the "start" with target information listed and location identified by sector zones. Primary mission tasks are delegated to P-51 and P-47 pilots but RAF Spitfire LF Mk.IX can support and engage in the mission tasks as well.
Several Luftwaffe slots are also available for participation in the event of pilots (especially in multi player) that want to engage in an adversary role in the FW-190 or in the BF-109.

This is the 11th mission leading up to the planned invasion, beginning with missions that started with"The Prelude". Feeling very confident now and ready to give the full scale invasion order, the President gathered the Joint Chiefs together to announce his decision. When asked their input he got a resounding "NO". All were in agreement that more was to be done, especially against the new ultra sophisticated installed radar on Absard mountain that covers a much wider defensive airspace . "Make it happen" was all he commanded.
Conduct airstrikes and air patrols on coastal IRAN inland to facilities protected by ground to air radar, including the major Iranian installation on Absard mountain referred to by NATO forces as "SAM Mountain". Target tasks to be implemented on moving and stationary targets.

While all the allied forces prepare for the planned invasion, a high level meeting occurs with the President and his Joint Chiefs of Staff. After receiving the latest military situation briefing, the President laughs and says," Gentlemen, we may not have to invade after all. The combined Navy and Air Force air operations seems to be accomplishing far more than we ever dreamed of" . But in the end who will have the last laugh?

This is the 9th mission leading up to the planned invasion, beginning with missions that started with"The Prelude", a sudden change of events have developed that could rapidly affect the region's dynamics. Two Iranian cargo vessels,sailing north in the western edge of the Gulf of Oman with a disabled troop carrier in tow loaded with troops and special forces has come very close to Fujairan AB of the UAE. What's alarming is the threat this could cause to the East Hormuz Allied Command Center located on the base. Prominent on the base, located next to two communications towers the Command Center must be protected as it controls all monitoring of Hormuz shipping lanes. Allied air units, including F-14's, F-18's, AV-88 Harriers, and on base UH-1 Hueys are tasked to defend and protect their Allied partners structures and military integrity.

This is the 8th mission of the series of strikes that were ordered prior to the invasion of Iran beginning with "THE PRELUDE"...... WARNING... this mission is for multiplayer and can only succeed through the combined efforts of all positional pilots.. 
The final decision for beginning the full invasion of Iran has suddenly been delayed. When the President was informed that there were two CIA operatives yet to be extracted, he issued a top secret rescue operation to take priority over all planned missions. In the village of Delbudani. two highly valuable American CIA scientists are surrounded and besieged by ground forces with more being trucked in by convoys. A rescue helicopter operating off the USS Tarawa will extract the agents while being protected by four F-14B's off the USS Stennis. Only the best pilots have been selected for this dangerous and detailed mission.

This is the 7th in the series of missions that began with "The Prelude". In continuing operations to secure the coastal areas of southern IRAN leading up to the planned invasion, the Allied forces have now beefed up their presence by adding a second aircraft carrier to conduct air sorties. Sensing a vulnerable area and a possible invasion target the Iranians have put into plan a massing of equipment near the village of Sayeh Khvosh. Staged near there is a large amount of military vehicles consisting of armor, air defenses, cargo and fuel trucks. Several convoys are not arrived and are in route to the staging area. FA-18 aircraft are tasked to strike the equipment and destroy the framework of vehicles.

This mission is the 6th part of the series of strikes that were ordered prior to the invasion of Iran beginning with "THE PRELUDE". In the continuing operations to secure the coastal areas of southern IRAN leading up to the planned invasion, an Iranian freight train loaded with military machinery and supplies including SAM radar equipment has stopped for refueling and minor repairs. A USAF B1 bomber has been dispatched to destroy a tunnel close to the train site thus blocking it's forward movement. Your flight of FA18's is called to destroy the bridges forward and aft of the train to essentially preventing it from any retreat.

The fifth mission in the "Prelude" series. As invasion plans proceed, the US Navy and Allied forces continue to ramp up operations after "The Prelude", "The Initial", "The Resolute", and attack on Kuh-e-Shab Mountain". You're on ready alert. It's 2 AM. Report comes in that a guided missile frigate has become disabled on a reef after pursuing gunboats. Peppered initially by a few ground troops, spotter planes have just arrived and artillery and motorized armed convoys are expected to be called in to attack the disabled ship. With full moon conditions a quick strike is required. All efforts must be made to protect the disabled frigate from mechanized and emplaced artillery .
