Makes the runway markings distinguishable on approach, as in real life.
DESCRIPTION
This livery is set to fix one glaring (quite literally) problem the Supercarrier and the free Stennis have: the overly glossy flight deck.
It makes the deck a bit darker and much less reflective, so the runway markings are now clearly visible on approach (as in real life). May even marginally improve your performance, as I got rid of one 4K texture.
Passes the Integrity Check and should work in multiplayer.
HOW TO INSTALL
- Copy *all six* folders into your "Saved Games\DCS (or DCS.openbeta)\Liveries\" directory. You may need to create the "Liveries" folder if it doesn't exist.
- Use the Mission Editor to assign the "Darker and Less Glossy Deck" livery to a carrier.
Note that this livery will not work as intended when copied into the main DCS folder or installed via OvGME. It must be assigned via the Mission Editor.
