Barak 034 (F-16D Block 30, 4K-5, serial 87-1698) arrived in Israel on 25 February 1988 as part of the Peace Marble II program. It first served with 101 Squadron, before being transferred to 110 Squadron at an unknown date.
What makes aircraft 034 especially unique is that it was the only two-seat F-16D ever to serve in 110 Squadron. In a squadron that operated single-seat Baraks, this made 034 highly distinctive and historically special.
On 02 July 1991, the aircraft was transferred to 109 Squadron, where it continues to serve today. During its time with 110 Squadron, it carried the squadron’s bird emblem on the tail, making it both visually and historically exceptional.
