New speculars to support dieletric/metallic materials with Deferred Shading ON
I've created this set mainly for use with my add-on skins. The purpose is to enable roughmet support for better looking glossy liveries.
In future, the developer of the Viggen will enable this by default
The mod is OvGME compatible, it will:
-Add basic *.roughmet dds in AJS37's main texture folder
-Replace description.lua for BareMetal skin,adding a customized metal roughmet
-Add a custom metallic texture for the fuel tank of the BareMetal skin.

-Removed default 37 livery description.lua (DCS 2.5 automatically load roughmet definitions if found)
-Added roughmet for SB-71 weapon
