Where is my Red Flag campaign?

I purchased the NEVADA map while in pre-sell, where is my A-10C or F-15C Red Flag campaign?

For those that purchased the DCS: NEVADA Test and Training Range map while in pre-sell and are entitled to one or both of the 16-2 Red Flag campaigns, we made a special link on the F-15C 16-2 Red Flag campaign page where pre-sell Nevada map customers (with orders prior to 01.12.2015 00:00:00) can get their free serial number. It is the same button as was used for the Nevada detail page and called "Get serial number".
