DCS: Marianas 1944 Terrain freezes the archipelago at a knife-edge moment days before the first U.S. Marine amphibious waves slam ashore in Operation Forager. Every reef, ridge and runway has been rebuilt from wartime reconnaissance mosaics and engineering plans so you can script bombardments, beach-landings and carrier strikes exactly where they happened between 15 June and 10 August 1944. With no modern resorts or GPS beacons to break immersion, you will navigate by coral coastlines, plantation rail spurs and dim radio ranges.

Created by the developers of the acclaimed DCS: Syria and Normandy, this map of West Germany, East Germany, Poland, Czechoslovakia, and the Low Countries centers on the strategically important Fulda Gap, and it also includes part of the Baltic Sea. The area measures 980x800 km and accurately reproduces the cities of Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Magdeburg, Leipzig, Hannover, Lübeck and others.
The map features over 100 highly detailed military airfields and heliports such as Ramstein, Spangdahlem, Hahn, Bitburg, Sembach and large civil airfields like Tegel, Schönefeld, Tempelhof, Frankfurt, Hamburg, and Hannover. The 1000x900 km Syria map covers most of the eastern Mediterranean, and it includes much of Syria, all of Cyprus and Lebanon, and portions of Israel, Turkey, Jordan, and Iraq. The cities of Damascus, Beirut, Nicosia, Tel Aviv, Haifa, Latakia, Tartus, Homs, Aleppo, Hama, Palmyra, Haifa, Acre, and Adana are all included. The map features an exceptional level of detail and allows the creation of missions from modern times to historical reenactments. Numerous campaigns are available, and it is a very popular multiplayer map.
The map includes varied terrain that ranges from humid and fertile coastal areas, towering mountains, and vast deserts. A large portion of the eastern Mediterranean Sea is included to allow aircraft carrier operations.
