This is one pager kneeboard for module of Yak-52 for DCS with main infos: power settings, radio freq., performance ect. Use "RShift+K" to show it (and navigate by "[" or "]" key).
How to instal it? Unzip the folder named Yak-52 and put whole folder here: Saved Games\DCS....\Kneeboard (btw. if You havent folder Kneeboard, create it here).
