I couldn't find a suitable template for Thrustmaster T.16000M HOTAS that would be compact enough to fit into kneeboard, yet spacious enough for multiple modifiers. So I made one. And now I'm sharing it.
Included are the full Photoshop template with example text and night mode layer, and a pair of blank merged images in day and night variants. The font used is Roboto Condensed (Bold and Regular) by Google.

With day & night kneeboard helpers and other goodies.
Here are my A-10C and A-10C II profiles for Thrustmaster T.16000M HOTAS FCS that I've been using for the past few years.

Be aware that some binds are done for be "hand free" in BVR combat. You need to have your SA and RADAR ATTAK on the same place as me on your MDI.
The binds who are not set is done manually on cockpit or on Keyboard.
Flare and Chaff is done by program with the file CMDS_ALE47.lua

Please have a look at the attached configuration sheet.

10/6/2019 - Initial version. These are all the bindings I found I needed for the initial EA version of the F-16 Viper.
I'll try and update as needed.
Regarding the unused buttons (especially on the stick), I use VR, and cannot easily tell those buttons apart by feel. I use VoiceAttack and VAICOM Pro for many common functions (landing gear, flaps, etc.)
