T.16000M HOTAS MiG-21bis Profile v1.0

... rudder and POV movement are not bound into the HOTAS. But can be modified as required. The F/A-18C is my main aircraft, so this profile was created around my Hornet profile, if you have the hornet I recommend that profile as well! CONSTANT PEG - MiG-21 Edition

Today, the 4477th TES and CONSTANT PEG are tasked as REDFOR for a Test and Evaluation Exercise with the 16th Weapons Squadron and 433rd Weapons Squadron flying out of Nellis. Finnish air force MiG-21bis

Corrected default Finnish air force livery for the MiG-21bis. Using the default Finnish air force livery made by Leatherneck simulations I added period-correct roundels and various bits and pieces like the ejection seat warning labels, yellow and black hazard pattern painted over the gun fire/smoke guards and camo painted external fuel tanks.
