This is a fan made Strike Commander Retro Theme. It features a main screen, loading screen, and the iconic strike commander music. Works for different resolutions and in VR too. Enjoy the 90ies! Just extract it to C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World OpenBeta\Mods\aircraft\F-16C\Skins\1 and overwrite the existing files. Make a copy before or use the repair function to revert back.
