Now in its 30th year, Flying Legends is a world-famous two-day celebration of history that focuses on the warbirds and flying machines of the WWII era.

Flying Legends is considered to be the best Airshow of wartime aircraft in Europe and draws crowds from around the world. This year also will see some unique choreographed flying from aircraft once based at RAF Church Fenton, which was once home to the very first “Eagle Squadron” of American pilots flying Brewster Buffalos before converting onto Mk1 Hawker Hurricanes and where once the Gloster Gladiator reigned supreme.
In addition to the flightline walk amongst many Flying Legends and Fighter Collection favourites, Vintage themed entertainment, re-enactor groups, trade stands and numerous food & bar concessions will deliver an unforgettable day out for the whole family.
Up to 50 aircraft will perform acrobatic aerial displays and over three hours of legendary flying will culminate in the world-famous Flying Legends Balbo, a massed warbird formation finale.
