A radical Islamic Terrorist Organization known as 'IRF' has occupied a valley near the Turkish/Syrian border.

They've setup a checkpoint, stormed surrounding villages and locked down the largest town in the valley, Armanāz, with heavy defenses.
They have taken control over the region and are setting up a weapons and arms turnaround point in town, presumably in order to push further towards the Turkish/Syrian border.

US ground troops have successfully advanced into the occupied villages, but they are unable to advance into the main town. They have requested Close Air Support.

The situation is tense, as it is unknown just how heavily the insurgents are armed.

This is my printable, two-sided cold start checklist for the AH-64D, based on Wags Cold Start Tutorial and Casmos Startup Walkthrough.

The first page contains the steps for the PLT (Pilot) and the second page those for the CPG (Co-Pilot/Gunner). To avoid unnecessary fuel consumption, the steps for the [CPG] should be processed pior to the engine startup procedure.
