Move all Controls Indicator

Move ControlsIndicator to bottom left corner of main screen.

OvGME ready.

Mod is really dumb (se screenshot):
- Move CI to bottom left corner of Screen 1
- Screen 3 and 4 are small LCD for MFDs
- Screen 2 is any additional tools (not used by DCS
- Values are hardcoded
- Simple edit of one line (search fro: base.init_pos) in every ControlsIndicator_page.lua file.
