10 May 2025 Changes:
Variable Light Transmission, of the cockpit glass has been adjusted. Ever notice how the terrain, in cockpit view looks bleached compared to your F2 view? VLT (cockpit glass color) fixes that.
Fixed engine rpm gauge ring color.
Made some tweaks to the center console "grit."
Original Changes:
A majority of the cockpit, has been retextured.
Most text and numbers have been replaced with brighter/larger/cleaner text.
Middle weapons panel below SHKVAL screen, has been redone.
Countermeasure panel text, has been redone.
Installation:
1.) Unpack the KA_50_Blue_Pitv2.7z file
2.) Open the KA_50_Blue_Pitv2 folder. You should now see a folder named Liveries.
3.) Copy the Liveries folder to your DCS folder, in your SAVED GAMES directory.
4.) Load DCS.
5.) Open the Options menu.
6.) Click the Special Tab -> Ka-50 III
7.) Click the drop down box, to the right of Customized Cockpit and Select Flanker Blue.
8.) Enjoy the new pit skin.
