This is a Brazilian Air Force (FAB) livery using the HAVEGLASS style of coating. Thanks to Yae Sakura and M A C H 3 D S for helping me in the Livery Art Group discord.
You'll encounter 4 different bort numbers within the file for this livery. 4618, 4627, 4644, 4659.
Brazil does not, and never has, bought or employed the F-16C. This livery is purely fictional and made for fun.
UPDATE: I noticed the wrong roundel on the left wing and corrected it.
The "Arda à guerra!" quote is a reference to Frei Caneca one of the leaders of one of the movements made by Brazilians at the time of the independence wars. They had taken the Pernambuco province from the emperor and were holding it by force. The emperor sent 2 warships to force them to give the province back but Frei caneca said "morramos todos, arrase-se Pernambuco, arda à guerra" which translates to "let's all die, raze Pernambuco, burn to war". In the end, they actually did lose but it was one of the biggest balls Brazil has ever seen.
The creation of the squadron was inspired by a local bird of prey the caracara, or, "carcará" in Portuguese.
