Place the files in the Mirage-F1CE directory under the Liveries folder in the saved games structure,  If you want them for the F1-EE, copy the same into the Mirage-F1EE folder or make a file system junction link of the CE folder folder using MKLINK /J "<Liveries Drive and Path>\Mirage-F1EE" "<Liveries Drive and Path>\Mirage-F1CE".  you need to do this in an Administrator CMD.EXE session (Powershell won't work with that command).  This way they are only consuming space on your drive once.
