Ace Combat and Fate inspired Livery set for the F/A-18C Hornet.

Activated in 1986 as the “Warhawks”, VFA-83 adopted the much older ‘Pirate’ Moniker in 1996 following the total loss of VF-18 in the Belkan War. Carrying on the Legacy of the Pirates, VFA-83 would trade in their F-14’s for the F/A-18 in 2004.
While assigned to Carrier Air Wing 7, the Pirates have participated in dozens of missions, particularly during the Circum Pacific war in the Northern theater against Yuktobanian forces. VFA-83 would be one of the first squadrons to make their way over Virjunui, dropping the GPS guided GBU-31 into the city's power-plant, disabling it, aiding for Osean forces to seize the city days later.
The Pirates would cross 20,000 Mishap free hours in 2019 during Operation Vigilant Lookout, providing nearly 2600 combat hours to keeping the skies of eastern Usea secure.
