Optimized autostart script that takes 3m25s (default script takes 5m5s) and completes several common post-start procedures.

Updates for Open Beta 2.7.12.23362, 2022/04/28:
* As of this patch, D/L button on UFC now has 2 pages, first one is for the new Link 4 system, second one is for the Link 16.  Script now turns on both.
* Filename changed to be unique, in case you download my scripts for other modules.

Havoc's Quick Autostart for the F/A-18C

This is an optimized autostart sequence designed to get the plane up and running as quickly as possible, and complete several common post-startup tasks.  It is a heavily modified version of the default autostart sequence.  It passes IC and is OvGME-ready.

The main differences between this and the default autostart sequence are:

* No checks to make sure initial switch positions are correct.  This assumes the switch positions as they are when the plane spawns cold.
* No BIT or self-tests of any kind, and no control surface tests.  Alert messages are cleared and BITs stopped so no errors are visible in the MFDs or caution panel.  All systems still work correctly since aircraft are spawned in perfect condition.
* Additional post-startup procedures:
** IR COOL switch -- NORM (default is OFF).  The IR COOL switch forces AIM-9L/M cooling systems to run constantly, meaning your missiles are ready as soon as you select them.  You have 2 or 3 hours of coolant (sources vary).  The AIM-9X has its own internal coolant system and is not affected by the IR COOL switch.
** HUD altimeter -- RDR (default is BARO).  This shows the radar altitude in the HUD by default when within about 5000 ft of the ground.
** RWR power -- ON (default is OFF).  This turns on your RWR system.
** EW display to HUD (default is off, shown in the small RWR display only).  This makes the RWR info show up in your HUD.
** DISPENSE switch -- ON (default is OFF).  This readies your chaff and flare dispensers.
** CM program -- MAN 1 (default is STBY).  This sets your CM mode to manual, with program 1, which dispenses 1x chaff and 1x flare, at intervals of 1 sec, for 10 secs total.
** ECM switch -- RCV (default is OFF).  This readies your ECM jammer system.
** BINGO fuel -- Set to 3000 lbs (default is 0/not set).  This seems to be a good general default value.
** IFF -- ON (default is OFF).  This turns on your IFF system.
** DL -- ON (default is OFF).  This turns on your datalink.
** Radar altimeter -- ON, bug at 50 ft.  I fly low and don't want the RA beeping at me all the time, so I set it very low.  The bug altitude can be changed in the lua file by modifying the RAstep value (see comments in file).

Any of these post-startup settings can be easily disabled or changed in the lua file to suit your preferences.

As a result of all these optimizations, the autostart takes 3 minutes and 25 seconds and leaves you fully ready to go, instead of 5 minutes and 5 seconds with several steps remaining before takeoff.

The shutdown procedure has also been optimized, mainly to make sure that it restores the aircraft to the cold-start state so that the autostart will work if used repeatedly.

To install, copy the Macro_sequences.lua file to C:\Games\DCS World OpenBeta\Mods\aircraft\FA-18C\Cockpit\Scripts (or whatever your game install folder is).

To use, press LWin+Home to autostart, or LWin+End to autostop.

Please let me know if you find any bugs or other problems.

Finally, big thanks to the ED programmers who had the foresight to make this scriptable, and Bailey for the inspiration to make my own.
