Magic's Modified Mustang Makeup [M4]

This mod is a texture revamp of the default P-51D skins within DCS.  It is an attempt to bring the Mustang's graphical fidelity closer to ED's latest texture standards.


Version: 1.1 (11/16/21)

This is an IN PROGRESS project.  The finish line is not here.  As such, this file will be occasionally updated.  I really recommend you check in here occasionally to make sure you have the latest edition.  You can also monitor the mod thread (linked down below this).
The plan (but not promise, this is work from my own personal free time) is to roll out these modified textures in phases.  Planned future additions include: additional/modified weathering, increased texture resolution quality, and 100% redone rivet and fastener scheme and layout, including an overhauled normal map.  That last one is very far out, a bit optimistic.  If you don't know what normal mapping is, this is a quick rundown of it (https://youtu.be/jK11WjGuJaI).
