Born into a rural village, Artemovich wasn't too Keen on a life working the field like his family and Neighbors. At age 13 he would encounter a Yuktobanian Air Force Pilot who had bailed out of his plane due to mechanical issues, landing in the fields near Artemovich's home. After showing to pilot to the village's only phone so he could call his base. Artemovich would ask all sorts of questions to the pilot, questions the pilot was all too happy to answer to feed the young boy's curiosity. By the end of that day, Artemovich was set on becoming a pilot, spending the rest of his teens focusing on raising his academic levels. After turning 18 he would enlist in the Air Force, Later applying and being accepted to the Air Force Academy where he would go on to graduate 20th in his class. Following that he was selected for pilot training and after earning his wings, would be assigned to the 89th Fighter Squadron of the 209th Fighter Aviation Regiment.

The rest of the 1980s and early 1990s would be rather uneventful for Artemovich, honing in both his flying and combat skills while continuing to climb the ranks. At the outset of The Belkan War Artemovich would volunteer to be transferred to a squadron heading for the Osean continent following Yuktobania's entry into the conflict. He was assigned to take command of the 30th Fighter Squadron after its original commander was deemed unfit for combat operations. Arriving in late April, His squadron would be deployed alongside Osean Forces on the Western Front, providing CAP and escorts for Allied strike groups. On May 28, 1995, Artemovich and his squadron were deployed to the B7R area to assist with Operation Battle-Axe where he managed to score several victories before being shot down himself. After being rescued two days later he was briefly hospitalized for heat-related injuries. By the time he was released and returned to his unit, a general ceasefire has been declared. Abramovich and his
unit would remain in the theater until the cessation of hostilities and the official end of the war towards the end of June.

Following the end of The Belkan War Artemovich would return home, spending the next few years commanding the 30th Fighter squadron. In 2008 the Air Force went through a period of reorganization and restructuring, leading to Artemovich's promotion and reassignment to the position of regimental Commander of the 146th Fighter Aviation Regiment. At the start of the Circum-Pacific War in 2010, Artemovich and his regiment were deployed out of Krylo Air Base performing combat patrols of Yuktobanias North East coastline. After the Osean Defence Force's successful amphibious landing on the Bastok Peninsula at the beginning of November, the 146th was sent south to help bolster the defenses. During this period Artemovich's regiment would suffer extensive casualties around the Port Tigre area, leading to the units being pulled off the line temporarily to reconsolidate. On the 25th of November, Artemovich was assigned along with his unit of the 188th Fighter squadron to the Jilachi Desert to counter O.A.D.F. Bombers threatening the primary GHQ for the region, where he would unfortunately meet his end after being shot down by an enemy F-14.
