Correction 4b
* Combo - Sorry guys and gals, I tried the earlier release and I'm gonna have
to be a little selfish on this one. Updated the sizing ratio to correspond
16:9, I can't stand having the black borders while I'm using them. Badging
kept as 4, affected files updated to 4b.

Release version 4
* Combo - update HOTAS by SOI sidebar to latest v5, add CMS colors to match
* Combo - SVG elements are now "up-sized" to fit the HOTAS by SOI image's
native import resolution. May notice a slight increase in readability
(that's the hope at least!)
* All - rework layout. De-emphasize title and version text, position and
sizing changes throughout
My main goal was to tackle most of the commonly used HOTAS controls and match throttle to throttle and stick to stick. Enjoy, see you in the skies! Feedback welcome, if you see any errors or omissions just let me know and I'll get'em fixed up as soon as I can :)
