A mission you can run either solo or with friends to practice air combat. It is meant for getting into the action quickly and resetting quickly so all aircraft are airstart so you can get many fights in over a short period of time. You can fly any air superiority fighter in DCS (essentially anything with a dedicated air to air radar). If you want to practice with a specific weapons loadout you can land at your nearby airbase to refuel/repair/rearm. AWACS can also be called up so you can get bogey calls and can practice using datalink (for those aircraft that support it). The DCS module Supercarrier is now included.

The purpose of this mission is to provide a training environment that allows you to pit NATO vs Russian made fighters with a variety of loadouts to hone your skills in air combat maneuvering. You can play on either blue or red side and practice short range ACM fights, or BVR engagements. You can go up against other players, AI, or both. All aircraft start with a specific loadout and are air-start so you can get into engagements quickly and reset just as quickly. All aircraft are initially heading to a mutual merge point which will place units anywhere from 20 to 160nm apart depending on which loadout you pick for your aircraft and the opponent you will be up against. If you want to fight with a specific weapon/fuel loadout that is not preloaded, you can land at your nearby airfield to refuel and rearm.
UPDATE: Version 2-00, 3-18-2023. Changed the weather to one of the newer cloud presets. Added the Mirage F-1 on blue and red sides, and the F-16C on the red side (since Blue Flag and other servers sometimes put the F-16C and F/A-18C on opposite sides to balance the sides out, so now you can fight 16s vs 18s and other NATO aircraft).
