To have it in Kneeboard, just unzip and copy png files accordingly:
\Saved Games\DCS\Kneeboard\SpitfireLFMkIX
or
\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Kneeboard\SpitfireLFMkIX
I suggest also the very useful Windows APP Kneeboard Builder by AlaskanGrizzly
