It's June, 1940 and Germany is attempting to pound Britain's supply lines into submission. The Royal Navy is struggling to get any supplies into the country and needs the RAF's help badly. You, as leader of Blue Group, are in control of a 4-group squadron. Using the F10 menu's SQUADRON CONTROL, you can change up individual groups' formations or have them form up in any number of ways into a full 4-group squadron flight including T-Formation, Diamond, Square, to name a few. You control all four groups use of "babies", or slip tanks. You can have any group orbit on station, as you send individual groups into battle. You may support your groups or fly high up and command from above. Stay alive. Your squadron needs your leadership to survive.
This mission has been created to be very random. Every sortie will be different and full of surprises. You will encounter gruppes, staffles, and any number of enemy aircraft, anywhere and anytime!
Take off from Funtington AB and head 180 degrees to the coast to meet up with the rest of your squadron. Once at the coast have your squadron join up using the F10 menu in any squadron formation you choose. You will receive EWRS calls to lead you to the enemy, or you may choose to assist other groups in their battles already underway. There is a second Blue Group refueled and rearmed at Funtington (Blue Group #002) awaiting your return if you should so choose to lead. Good Luck Pilots, ChuckIV
