Special livery of the 149th Fighter Squadron for the year 2000 reunion of the 352nd Fighter Group (WWII 8th Air Force).

The scheme replicates the P-51 markings of one the US's highest scoring aces, Major George "Cripes A' Mighty" Preddy. Major Preddy was squadron commander of the 328th FS, which after WWII became the 149th FS, the flying squadron of the 192nd FW of the Virginia ANG. Preddy was killed on Christmas Day 1944 by American gunfire.
To achieve the best possible result, i had to take lee1hy's amazing textures as a base. If you want the best quality, download lee1hy's "New Airframe" mod here:

Then put all the "F16_bl50_..._Normal.dds" of lee1hy in the "USAF - 192ndFW" folder. After that edit the description.lua in "USAF - 192ndFW" and remove those 3 symbols --> on the lines you'll find it.
The canopy seems still to be bugged. It loads individual canopies in modelviewer, but not in game. Maybe i do something wrong?!?

Installation: Just copy the folder "Liveries" into your "...\USERS\YOURNAME\Saved Games\DCS\..." or your "...\USERS\YOURNAME\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\..." folder.

Uninstallation:
Delete the folder of the livery you dont want anymore out of "...\USERS\YOURNAME\Saved Games\DCS\Liveries\F-16C_50..." or "...\USERS\YOURNAME\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Liveries\F-16C_50...".
