L-39 Multiposition Toggle switches for HOTAS WARTHOG

I modified some L-39  commands to allow the use of the hotas warthog multiposition switches<br /><br />
- 3 positions flap<br /><br />
- 3 positions external lights<br /><br />
- 2 positions gear handle<br /><br />
- 2positions RKL-41 ADF Dial Selector Switch - FAR/NEAR
