This is a FICTIONAL Utah beach mission from a campaign I am working on.  Especially proud of the music once you get close to France.  Enjoy!  :)

The Normandy landings (codenamed Operation Neptune) were the landing operations on Tuesday, 6 June 1944 (termed D-Day) of the Allied invasion of Normandy in Operation Overlord during World War II. The largest seaborne invasion in history, the operation began the liberation of German-occupied northwestern Europe from Nazi control, and contributed to the Allied victory on the Western Front.

"Today is the going to be the longest day of your life----The invasion is underway at this moment.  The 82nd Airborne Division has been dropped behind enemy lines and the transports are already on their way back...the ones that survived.

Not a lot is known about the fate of the Airborne drop just yet---but we have a job to do.

We will need to take out any hardened bunkers and naval guns that are still active on Utah beach---we have another flight of  B-17's heading to the beach to assist.  Once the bunkers are down you are clear to cover the landing craft in any way possible from ANY threat you encounter.

Good Luck.  The fate of the free world is in our hands now...
