It's a 8-skinpack of the fictional JG2 with a female devil as it's squadron logo and different levels of dirt and shadows on each of the eight individual skins.

Unrar, copy and paste the containing folders to ( C:\Saved Games\DCS \Liveries\Bf-109K-4 ) if you have already created such a Liveries folder.
Otherwise I strongly suggest to create a Liveries folder for all your downloaded skins/skinpacks in the Saved Games section.
This way, you keep your DCS install clean.
