This is a replacement skin for the 190th FS A-10C.
It includes the skull figure name plate on the aircraft nose, updated blue "Idaho"-tail stripe and a generic "Pride of Idaho"-badge on the forward right side of the fuselage where the 190th FS puts their "Spirit of..." dedications.
